Residential & Commercial Rental Application Requirements and Information

General Information

Anyone interested in one of our available rental properties, must first schedule an appointment to view the home.  To schedule an appointment, please contact, the Property Manager, at (252) 444-3790, Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.  

After viewing the property, you must then complete the required rental application online.  The application can be found at www.vescorentals.com.  

If you do not have access to the internet, please make an appointment to come into the office with Suzie, during the scheduled viewing, to fill out an application for the rental property.  The main property management office is located at 302 E Main St, Suite 1A, in Havelock, North Carolina.

All available rental properties are first come first serve.

Once you submit an application, you will receive a secondary email that is necessary for you to complete to move forward with the rental application process.  If you do not finish entire application process, then our company will hold onto your rental applications for 10 days, after that, the application will be cancelled by our company.

Lastly, anyone interested in rental from our rental company, must have a credit score at or above 620 and must not have had any foreclosures within the last 2 years.

Applications are viewed as a first come, first serve to avoid un-necessary charges.

FEES & RULES

There is a $40.00 dollar, non-refundable, application fee for every applicant.

Every unit requires a security deposit, the security deposit amount is equal to the monthly rental amount.

There is a non-refundable, pet fee per authorized pet (IF PETS ARE ALLOWED) 

There is NO SMOKING allowed in ANY of our rental properties, at any time.

There is a non-refundable Cleaning Fee that must be paid at the beginning of renting a home.

Upon moving out of one of our rental properties, it is required to have all carpeted areas within the home professionally cleaned.  If you have/had any animals inside the home, at any time, approved or not, the carpet must also be treated for pets, upon move out.
